We take every step to ensure that our customers have the right gear and products to fit their needs.
Sometimes, however, needs can change. If that happens we are happy to return products if the following are met:
- Undamaged kit returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
- Returned kits must be unused and in their original condition.
- Returned kits must include manufacturers’ original packaging, tags, warranty cards and other documents, and all accessories.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment at the time of purchase. Credit card refunds must be on the same card as the original purchase.
USED EQUIPMENT
Must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
Returned used equipment is subject to a restocking fee of 35%.
DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Defective kits or parts are covered under ChurchSetup’s repair/replacement warranty for 365 days from the date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Any damage to equipment from customer negligence, misuse, or accidental damage – such as dropping, liquid damage, etc. – is not covered under any warranty or guarantee.
