This privacy policy explains how we use the ChurchSetup QuickBooks Online integration. The integration helps our team manage customers, estimates, invoices, payments, and accounting records for ChurchSetup.

Information we access

When the integration is connected to QuickBooks Online, we may access information needed to support ChurchSetup accounting and customer service work. This may include customer names, company names, billing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, invoice details, estimate details, payment status, product or service line items, amounts, dates, notes, and related QuickBooks record identifiers.

How we use the information

We use QuickBooks information to create and manage customer records, prepare estimates or invoices, send invoices when authorized, check payment status, reconcile customer questions, and keep ChurchSetup accounting records accurate.

How information is stored

The integration uses OAuth access from Intuit. We do not store your QuickBooks password. OAuth tokens may be stored on ChurchSetup-controlled systems so the integration can connect to QuickBooks Online after authorization. Access is limited to the ChurchSetup team members and systems that need it for business operations.

How information is shared

We do not sell QuickBooks data. We may share information with Intuit through QuickBooks Online, with service providers who help operate ChurchSetup systems, or when required for accounting, tax, legal, fraud prevention, security, or support purposes.

Data retention

We retain QuickBooks-related information for as long as needed for accounting, customer support, tax, legal, and business recordkeeping purposes. Accounting records may need to be kept for extended periods.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and access-control measures to protect QuickBooks data. No system can be guaranteed against every risk, but we limit access and use OAuth authorization instead of storing QuickBooks passwords.

Your choices

If you are a ChurchSetup customer and want to update billing information or ask about an invoice, contact us using the information below. If the QuickBooks integration is disconnected, our ability to create, send, or review QuickBooks records through the integration will stop.
