Your stream leaves the building no faster than your upload allows, and upload is the number most churches have never checked, because the speed providers advertise is download. A live video stream needs a steady, reliable slice of upload for the entire service, not a quick burst. So the question is not “Do we have fast internet?” It is “What is the upload speed, measured from the spot where the streaming device will sit, on a wired connection?”

Test it before you buy, ideally wired rather than over Wi-Fi, since Wi-Fi adds instability of its own.
